Build at actual size
Use the intended product, inserts, stock, grain or flute direction, closure and adhesive. Measure the assembled sample.
Test the real risks
Check fit, compression, drops, vibration, stacking, opening cycles and environmental exposure as appropriate for the use.
Keep evidence
Retain dated photos, measurements, failures, revised parameters and approval responsibility. Regulated or safety-critical uses require qualified review.
