Packaging dieline preflight checklist

Review geometry, artwork and physical assumptions before releasing a file.

Geometry

Confirm finished dimensions, material thickness, seam, closure clearances, minimum tabs and the absence of duplicate cut paths.

Verify bleed, safe areas, barcode quiet zones, fold behavior, glue exclusions, color mode and linked assets in the destination application.

Retain a dated prototype, measured sample, export test and responsible reviewer. A green software report is not a substitute for physical validation.
