Prepare structural paths without turning a digital success into a damaged machine or unsafe job.

Separate cut and score paths

Confirm how the destination application maps colors or layers. A duplicated path may be processed twice and burn, tear or over-crease the material.

Laser settings, blades, mats and scoring tools depend on the exact stock. Follow equipment guidance and ventilation requirements.

Small locks and tabs may be below the reliable tolerance of a desktop cutter. Enlarge or simplify only after a physical sample.
